  • How do I track my order?
    To view your order status you can track your order via the tracking number sent to your email or by viewing "My Orders" in the account center on our site.
  • When will my order ship?
    We usually ship same day! Monday - Friday till 3pm PST/ Saturdays through 2pm PST. Please allow 1-2 days for order processing while we prepare to ship your package. USPS/UPS generally send out packages Monday-Saturday (excluding most major holidays). Please be advised that USPS/UPS may have technical issues on their end that cause an additional delay in shipment processing before sending your package out for delivery.
  • My order never arrived?
    Please check that the items in your order have already shipped. If your items have shipped, check with your local shipper if your package displays the tracking numbers to confirm packages were delivered. Contact USPS to get the status of your order if your tracking appears to be seen as delivered. Please contact your local post office if your shipment happens to be missing. They will be able to track the person who delivered your packages at the time and location of delivery.
  • When will my order arrive?
    Depending on the shipping option you choose, your package should arrive within 3-5 business days, on average.
  • I never received an order confirmation email?
    If you cannot find your order confirmation email please email us at with the following info: First Name: Last Name: Address:
  • What do I do if I received an incorrect item in my order?
    If you receive an incorrect order, take a photo of the item(s) that you received and email the photo, along with any other important information, to with your order number and shipping info so that we can make your order right
  • Do you ship to my country?
    Unfortunately, at this time, we do not ship internationally. We only ship US orders.
  • How do I become a member?
    At the top right of our site you can click "Signup" to become Member on
  • How do I view my order history?
    If you have signed up to become a member on our site, you can view your order history under the "My Orders' tab on the "My Account" screen.
  • What are reward points?
    Members receive reward points with every purchase that can be used to redeem coupons to apply towards your next order. Example: 350 Reward Points = 5% off coupon code You can use your reward points to essentially "purchase" major discounts
  • How do I save items for later?
    If you wish to save an item to order later you can click the little heart icon next to the "Add to Cart" button. You can view your saved items under the "Wishlist" tab on the "My Account" page.
  • I forgot my password?
    If you forgot your password, you can have a password reset link sent to the email that you signed up with.
  • How do I edit my account information?
    Under the "Profile" tab on the account page you can hit the "Edit Profile" button
