We pride ourselves on giving you the best experience possible when you shop at CDM Cigars online store. We understand that packaging is critical, so we take the time necessary to ensure that you receive your order in a timely manner and that the contents of your package arrive fresh and in pristine condition.
We include a FREE Boveda Humidity Pack inside of every package, to keep your contents fresh during shipment. Please be aware, because of the potential drastic increases/decreases in temperature during shipment, that this does not ensure that your product is 100% ready to smoke upon arrival.
We offer FREE ground shipping via USPS/UPS to all online orders made within the United States, excluding Alaska and Hawaii.
CDM Cigars is required by law to collect excise tax on your purchases from the following states:
The state of California imposes excise tax on all online orders made within the state of California for adult consumers.
The state of Maryland imposes an excise tax on all tobacco products sold by online retailers to Maryland adult consumers. For more information, please see Maryland House Bill 1301.
The state of Ohio imposes an excise tax on all tobacco products delivered to Ohio adult consumers. For more information, please see Ohio Code 5743.62.
Effective January 1, 2022, the State of Michigan is imposing an excise tax on all cigars sold to Michigan customers. Cigars are taxed at 32% of the wholesale price, with a maximum excise tax of fifty cents ($.50) per cigar.
Effective July 1, 2022, the Commonwealth of Virginia is imposing an excise tax on all retail sales of cigars and pipe tobacco to Virginia customers. Cigars are taxed at 20% of the wholesale price, while pipe tobacco is taxed at 10% of the wholesale price.
Effective July 1, 2022 the state of North Carolina is imposing excise tax on all cigars and pipe tobacco sold to North Carolina customers. Tobacco products are taxed at 12.8% of the wholesale price with a maximum amount of 30 cents per cigar.
Return & Exchange Policy
CDM Cigars offers a 100% satisfaction guaranteed for all orders. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org and read our policy below for more detail.
For Undamaged or Correct Orders:
Any item can be returned within 7 days of receiving your package, for a refund or exchange (minus shipping charges). If it has been more than 7 days after you received your order, we can not offer an exchange or refund.
Your items must be unused and in the same condition you received them, as well as in its original packaging, in order to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
If items were damaged, please follow the instructions below.
For Damaged or Incorrect Orders:
If your package is damaged upon arrival, please, immediately take a photo of your damaged package prior to opening it. If cigars, or other products, inside of package need to be replaced due to damage, please take a photo of the damaged items as well. Submit all photos to email@example.com along with your order number and shipping info. If you receive an incorrect order, please take a photo of the items that you received and email the photo to firstname.lastname@example.org along with your order number and shipping info so that we can make your order right!
Items will only be eligible for an exchange if you received the wrong item or the item is damaged. If you need to exchange your item, please follow the same instructions for "Damaged or Incorrect Orders" above.
